Participation provides limited, revocable access to experimental Digital Life software and services. Features may change, fail or be unavailable.
Material explicitly marked PUBLIC / SHAREABLE may be shared. Unreleased builds, credentials, security information, private architecture, unpublished implementation details and material marked CONFIDENTIAL must not be redistributed without permission.
Pre-existing software, inventions, patent subject matter, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, datasets and platform technology remain with their respective rights holders. Participation does not transfer ownership of Ω Genesis technology.
You retain rights you already hold in your lawful content. You grant only the permissions reasonably needed to process that content for the service and any separately explained test/diagnostic purpose you choose.
You permit Ω Genesis to use voluntary feedback, bug reports, usability observations and feature suggestions to improve and commercialise the product, without an obligation to implement them.
The service may collect account, device, reliability, feature-use, crash, task-result, consent and diagnostic information reasonably necessary for the beta. Optional screen/audio capture requires separate notice and opt-in; accepting these Terms does not itself authorise it.
Unless expressly sponsored, you are responsible for third-party AI model, API, token, cloud or metered usage charges associated with your own credentials/accounts. Sponsored credits may be capped, changed or withdrawn.
Only connect accounts, devices, services and data you are authorised to use. Do not use the beta for weapons, safety-critical, emergency, medical, legal, financial or other high-risk autonomous decisions.
Protect credentials, MFA, API credentials and connected-device permissions. Notify us of suspected compromise.
Selected participants may receive “Genesis Tester — Cohort 001” recognition, points, credits or separately defined rewards. No monetary or property value is promised unless expressly stated in writing.
Roadmaps, demonstrations, research directions and future-world concepts are exploratory unless expressly committed in writing.
You may stop participating. Access may be suspended or terminated for security, abuse, legal, reliability or program-management reasons.
Contact: [email protected]. Final contracting-entity details and jurisdiction-specific consumer-law language may be updated before selected testers receive production onboarding. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
